I am so sorry you have to deal with this, as someone who has also had to deal with getting robbed and never being able to get what was stolen back (luckily for me it wasn't money but it was my school backpack with everything I needed for class in it), this is extremely unfortunate. I am unfortunately unable to support you with any money myself but I hope others are able and willing to help. Best of luck to you.

I too am sorry to read that. Yeah...it's never an easy time when someone steals from you or rips you off. It's happened to me too, more than once. There are too many unethical bipedal scumbags in this world. Thus it has ever been.

Since you said "the legal stuff" has been done, I presume you either locked your card or scrapped it & got one with a different number on it. Main thing is to be careful where you use your card... When you can afford it, look into one of those anti-RFID wallets or pouches to keep your cards in. Any thief with an RFID scanner/reader can grab the info off any card that is brought within range of the device. Also as a general rule, don't put your card into strange ATMs unless you have no other choice (i.e. an emergency). It's safer to stick to ATMs owned by your local bank or credit union, whenever possible.
